Commitment to Quality

 

Since the Charity was registered in 2001 our feedback reports have been routinely excellent and always contain strong unsolicited positive comments.  Client comments from our latest Annual Report are published unedited, as is our normal practice.

Nquire is a member of Advice Uk and has been awarded the Advice Quality Standard (AQS) - successfully renewed again in November 2013 to provide General Help to the public.

Since its foundation, Nquire has not received any complaints about the quality of our advice work or Advisor's, but we do have a Complaints Policy (available from the office, 0118 9598558)

Neverthless, we are always looking for ways to improve what we do.
